芝士煙肉焗小啡菇

材料：
啡菇(細) 6-7隻
煙肉粒 1盒
Mozzarella & Emmental Cheese 適量
黑椒 適量

做法：
1）啡菇用廚房紙巾抹乾淨備用；
2）放上適量的煙肉粒和芝士在菇上，加少許黑椒；
3）預熱焗爐10分鐘，用180度焗10分鐘便完成
